DESCRIPTION:The Institute of Aerospace and Telecommunications Law organize
 s an international conference on the ‘Unmanned Aircraft Systems and the 
 Evolving Regulatory Environment’ in Budapest on September 12\, 2025.  \
 nThe conference will bring together leading international and Hungarian ex
 perts\, policymakers\, researchers\, and industry representatives to explo
 re the evolving landscape of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS)\, with a spec
 ial focus on the integration of Unmanned Traffic Management (UTM) in Hunga
 ry.\nThe event will serve as a platform for in-depth discussions on the le
 gal\, technical\, and operational challenges surrounding the regulation an
 d practical deployment of both civilian and military drones. A key topic o
 f the conference will be the dual-use nature of UAS technology\, which pre
 sents unique regulatory challenges and opportunities - particularly in lig
 ht of recent advancements in artificial intelligence and automation.\nAs p
 art of the event\, the book ‘International Aviation Law - Regulations in
  Three Dimensions’\, authored by Dr. Attila Sipos\, Senior Research Fell
 ow at the Institute of Aerospace and Telecommunications Law\, will also be
  presented. \nFollowing the academic programme\, a public drone demonstrat
 ion and airshow will take place at the Ludovika University Campus\, where 
 several Hungarian and international companies will conduct flight demonstr
 ations\, presenting innovative drone capabilities and applications.\nAtten
 dance at the conference is free of charge\, however\, prior registration i
 s required as the places are limited.\nThe event is open for the press.\nT
