International Welcome Day

 

The International Office and the Students’ Union of Ludovika University of Public Service is inviting You to the International Welcome Day!

 

Date and Time: Wednesday, 10^th of September, 10.00-15.00

 

Venue: Ludovika Main Building, Széchenyi Hall (1st floor)

 

During the program you will have the opportunity to meet other international students, learn about the faculties and students organizations. You can participate in the Interactive Campus-tour and spend a fun day together!

9.45-10.00.       Arrival and registration: Badges for the four groups: L, U, P, S

(Venue: Main Building 1^st floor Széchenyi Hall)

 

10.00-10.10.      Opening and introduction by Judit Galambos, Head of International Relations Department of the International Office

 

10.10-10.35.      Introduction of the Faculties

 

·         Dr. Péter Zachar, Vice-Dean for International Affairs of the Faculty of Public Governance and International Studies

·         Dr. Ferenc Petruska Lt.col., Vice-Dean for International Affairs of the Faculty of Military Sciences and Officer Training

·         Dr. Zágon Csaba, Head of Scientific and International Department of the Faculty of Law Enforcement

·         Dr. Tamás Pálvölgyi, Vice-Dean for Strategy and International Affairs of the Faculty of Water Sciences

(Venue: open square between the Educational Centre and the Residence Hall)

12.15-13.45.      Interactive Campus Tour organized by the Students’ Union in 4 groups
