„A rendezvény sajtónyilvános esemény, amelyről kép-, hang?és videófelvétel készül az Egyetem, illetve a megjelent sajtó
képviselőinek jogos érdeke alapján. A felvételek elkészítésének
célja az Egyetem rendezvényeinek megörökítése, a rendezvény
iránt érdeklődők tájékoztatása, valamint a rendezvények
megtörténtének igazolása. Az elkészült felvételek az Egyetem,
illetve a meghívott sajtóorgánumok honlapjain, folyóirataiban
és közösségi felületein, valamint további egyetemi kiadványokban
is közzétételre kerülhetnek. Amennyiben e felvételeken nem kíván
szerepelni, azt jelezze az adatvedelem@uni-nke.hu címen.
A rendezvényre vonatkozó részletes adatkezelési tájékoztató
az Egyetem honlapján elérhető. A meghívott sajtóorgánumok
önálló adatkezelőnek minősülnek.”
“This event is open to the media. Picture, voice and video
recording are made at the event in accordance with the
legitimate interest of the University and the representatives
of the media. The purpose of the recordings is to document
and verify the occurrence of the events of the University. The
recordings may be published on the websites, online social
media platforms and journals of the University or attending
media bodies as well as in other university publications. Should
you wish to be removed from the footage, please indicate that at
adatvedelem@uni-nke.hu. The detailed data processing policy
in respect of the events can be accessed on the University’s
website. The invited media bodies shall be considered independent
data controllers.
