 -3\, 2026\ntitled\nII. International Relations and Diplomacy Conference \n
 “Challenges\, Cooperation and Multilateralism in a Changing Global Order
 ”\n \nVenue:\nOn-site:\n(Budapest\, Hungary – Ludovika – University
  of Public Service)\nOnline: \nMS Teams\n \nUnderstanding the relationshi
 p between crises and international cooperation is essential in a time of r
 apid geopolitical change. The International Relations and Diplomacy Confer
 ence brings together scholars\, researchers and experts to discuss the key
  challenges and opportunities that are shaping the landscape of global pol
 itics and security.\nThe conference will cover topics such as internationa
 l relations\, regional security\, diplomacy\, and security studies. We wel
 come faculty members\, researchers\, and PhD students from Hungarian and i
 nternational institutions to share their research and engage in dialogue.\

 (ONSITE presentation proposals will be reviewed on a priority basis. The r
 eview process typically takes approximately 14 days\, and applicants will 
 be notified of the outcome on a rolling basis. ONLINE participation will b
 e limited. Decisions regarding online presentation proposals will be commu
 nicated after August 31\, 2026.  We encourage prospective participants t
 o review the program and the Book of Abstracts from our 2025 conference.

 tract requirements: The abstract should be 150-200 words in length\, writt
 en in the presentation language (English\, Hungarian\, or Spanish)\, and i
 nclude 5 keywords. \n·  Book of Abstracts: All accepted abstracts will b
 e published in our online Book of Abstracts.\n·  Presentations: Should n
 ot exceed 20 minutes and can be delivered in English\, Hungarian\, or Span
 ish.\n·  Registration fee: Free registration\, which includes participat
 ion in the conference\, the program\, the Book of Abstracts\, and a Certif
 icate of Participation.\nPublication Opportunity: We are currently working
  on securing publication opportunities in several peer-reviewed journals. 
 The deadline for submission of papers is 31 August 2025. The Call for Pape

  Education Building at the Ludovika Campus (University of Public Service\,
