The cyberspace plays a serious role in the everyday life, additionally, it is an integral part of the nowadays conflicts across the globe. The aim of this study is to introduce the cyber strategy of the Russian Federation and the United States of America, through comparison. We take into account the available resources, tools, goals, the number of experts (staff) and duration of the procedure. We analyse the magnitute of the strategies, furthermore, what kind of threats and risks are contained in situation if we have no cybersecurity and the opportunities to map and prepare for the attacks.
