Currently the number of photos taken every day in the world is astonishing. However, in parallel,
only a few people are aware of the legal framework of imaging. Whether private users, or the
professional photographer, we can observe tons of mistakes. My research based on questionnaires
and interviews aims to examine to what extent people in Hungary are aware of when, what, how
and with what conditions can take photos legally and then how they can extract photos.
